The A303 is dangerous enough, we will see lorry's using surrounding roads in bPenton Mewsey/b, Ludgershall, and to the north as rat runs. Lorries waiting for their delivery slots will be parked in lay-bys and along roads nearby, turning Andover into b..../b Andover already has two large bestates/b with this type of business operation, it does not have anywhere that will attract other buisnesses.
